Each price above includes the tumbler or mug with your photo or patch inserted during production at the Tervis factory.
To help avoid spills, you may also want to order the clear tops with a straw hole that fit these tumblers for an additional $3.25 (SALE PRICE = $2.99) per top. Please go to our "Tervis Tumbler Clear Lids" page to add them to your order.
We also have the Tervis Tumbler Travel Lids available in black, royal blue, fuchsia (hot pink), navy blue, orange, light pink, red, hunter green, purple and yellow for the 10 oz., 16 oz., and 24 oz. tumblers and in red and black for the retired 17 oz. mugs for $4.25 (SALE PRICE = $3.99) each. For an additional $5 per tumbler, you can make this gift really unique by adding a first name, initials, or a short message to the back of these tumblers/mugs.
First Names may be added in script or block font. Initials may be added in block font, script font, or a circle monogram (3 initials).
If you would prefer to add a short message to the back, you may add a maximum of 3 lines in block font. The maximum number of characters per line that can be added (including spaces) is 13.
After you place your order online for these tumblers/mugs, you will need to mail the photos or patches you want us to have inserted to: Gail's Personalized Gifts, 1643 Mountainside Drive, Cleveland, GA 30528. Please send us 2 copies of the photo or two patches if you are ordering 2 tumblers/mugs.
The MAXIMUM size of the photos or patches that can be used for these products are as follows:
15 oz. mugs: 3" tall x 3.5" wide
16 oz. tumblers: 4" tall x 3.5" wide
24 oz. tumblers: 3" tall x 3.5" wide
Please trim your photos or patches to the size and shape that you want them before you mail them to us. Also remember that anything that is on the back of the photos or patches will be noticeable when looking at a back view of the tumbler/mug. We just want you to be 100% satisfied when you receive them!
Once we receive your photos or patches, we will complete the necessary paperwork and process your order at the Tervis Tumbler factory. Tervis Tumbler will ultrasonically seal your photos or patches between the 2 walls to create a top-quality tumbler that will last a lifetime.
These personalized tumblers are made just for you and therefore considered Special Order, so they are non-refundable. Please allow up to 12 business days for in-house production on your "special order" (after the factory receives our photos or patches).
If you need your order sooner, please upgrade your order to RUSH. For the Tervis RUSH Fee of $10 per order, the Tervis factory will pull your order to the front of their production line and ship it out to you in 4 business days of when they receive it.
